In the traditional UC space, the typical deployment involves the purchase of the hardware and software plus support contracts by the customer and then implementation by the partner. If the customer is looking to operationalize the deployment, leasing models are available to convert the capital expenditure to a monthly expense per line over a specified contract period. In either case, the pricing is driven by list prices, discount levels, professional services, etc associated with traditional UC deployments. In addition, there are ongoing monthly costs associated with PRI's, 1FL's, PSTN's, DID's, etc from the local provider of choice for each location.
