FlexITy® FlexTEL brings an entirely new approach to delivering Enterprise class UC solutions to business. Further, it changes the long standing model used by traditional carriers to calculate pricing. For instance, traditional Telco's habitually charge in the range of $2-$4 per month for a DID despite the fact that the Telco does not pay for these DID's. There is only a small, one time administrative cost to open a block of 10,000 numbers.
Our offering is a Utility Model providing flexibility and a single price per user per month which includes all the typically features and functionality you would expect and have become accustom too.
In this architecture, the CUCM cluster(s) and voice mail as well as other UC applications such as UCC, MeetingPlace, WebEx etc. are dedicated to the customer but are still housed in the FlexTEL data centre. Administration is still performed on the FlexTEL OSS via the Web Portal.
